Award winning Nigerian scriptwriter, Kemi Adesoye, is set to speak at an upcoming Filmmaker's forum.
Kemi, however, is more widely known for her work in The Figurine, and Phone Swap which won her the best screenplay award at the 2013 Nollywood Movie Awards.
Kemi Adesoye, an award winning scriptwriter, will be speaking at a Filmmaker's forum scheduled to hold on Saturday, April 18, 2015.
Popular for 'Phone Swap', 'The Figurine' and 'Doctor's Quarters', Kemi will be speaking on the topic ' Writing a successful path into filmdom: The thrills and challenges of being a scriptwriter in Nollywood".
Kemi has written screenplays for short films, TV series and various feature films. Her work includes scripts for the TV series Doctors’ Quarters, Edge of Paradise, Tinsel and Hotel Majestic.
She also wrote the screenplays for the short films Mama Putt, Prize Maze, National Cake, The Line Up and A New You.
