Dempsey told Architectural Digest in

very expansive and calming. Everywhere you looked there was something
visually pleasing."
Patrick Dempsey has kissed so many important things in his life good bye lately: first, his marriage to wife, Jillian Dempsey, then his role as Dr. Derek in the ABC medical drama Grey's Anatomy and now his $14.5 million Malibu estate is going too.
The
three bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom estate sits on three acres
overlooking the ocean, and reports say that the backyard of Dempsey's
home features a fire pit, rock climbing wall, and pizza oven perfect for
outdoor dining and parties.
